Opal Hut Shop

Lovely flashes of bright green and purple in nicely patterned ironstone.  Good polish to front, one side smoothed to sit flat, the rest natural.  Much nicer than photos. Measures 34mm x 21mm x 15mm, Weighs 20 grams

Looking at the back you can see this is a double nut (twins?) merged together with a sliver of opal down the centre. On the front it looks like one nut with sparkling green opal, with a few sparkles of blue and red.  Good polish.  Sparkles show indoors. There are a couple of small pits in the front of the specimen which can be seen in one of the photos.  Measures 48.5mm x 35mm x 13.5mm.  Weighs  approx 38 grams.

A large Yowah Nut Opal specimen with multicoloured patterned ironstone and sparkling green blue opal. Top is polished, back is natural, broken end has been semi polished. A lovely addition to a collection, or nice table piece. It can be cut into smaller stones.  The opal does not go through the ironstone, but is a layer on the top surface. Weighs approx 267 grams and measures 108mm x 75mm x 33mm.
