We try to represent the opals as they are, but if you are not satisfied, a refund/exchange/credit for the purchase price is available (all postage costs to be paid by buyer), except where we have made a mistake in the listing, then we will cover postage. We must be advised as soon as possible after you receive your order that a refund/exchange is needed. All goods must be returned in unaltered and undamaged condition.
Insurance is optional, but recommended. While we take every care in sending your parcel we have no control over the parcel once it is in the postal system. If your parcel is lost or damaged in the post, we cannot offer more compensation than the amount insured.
